Korean soldier Chun Woo (Ko Kyoung-pyo) accidentally picked up a lottery ticket worth nearly 6 million dollars! But not long to rejoice, that lottery ticket was unfortunately swept across the border and fell into the hands of North Korean soldier Yong Ho (Lee Yi-kyung). Chun Woo needs a lottery ticket to exchange money, while Yong Ho, despite holding an important ticket, cannot set foot in Korea. The story becomes more and more complicated and funny when more of the two guys' teammates know the incident and insist on participating in the money-dividing negotiation.
